Emergency Remote Teaching & Learning in Public Colleges of Education- Ghana
In March 2020, Government of Ghana announced the closure of all schools as a measure to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Government of Ghana, supported by T-TEL, instituted a Teacher Education ‘Virtual Learning Taskforce’ to ensure continuity of teaching and learning in response to school closures caused by COVID-19.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Teacher Education- T-TEL Story of Change
Since October 2018 Ghana’s 46 public CoEs have been delivering the new B.Ed. in Initial Teacher Education, which has been carefully designed to ensure that it produces a cadre of skilled, knowledgeable, and motivated Ghanaian teachers who meet the requirements of the National Teachers’ Standards (NTS).

Transforming Teaching, Education & Learning (T-TEL) was officially registered as a Ghanaian not-for-profit organisation on 7th July 2020. It was established to provide high quality technical advice, project management, research, and implementation support services, using local talent and expertise to enable Ghana’s education system to reach greater heights.
